| Process description |
- Distributors & Retailers register in JL SaaS V7 and fill out their basic information and contact companies. The contact companies are the companies which have sign contract or agreement with the register user.
- Jinli Software Company audits the registered account.
- Distributors & Retailers sign in JL SaaS V7 to define operator (define operator here refers to setting using time and using period of the operator account), operator menu and apply for connecting with other companies.
- Jinli Software Company audits the defined operator and the contact companies which the register user applied for.
- The operator of Distributors & Retailers signs in and does business through JL SaaS V7.

- Make selling-notification: Make a selling-notification which designats supplier dept, goods name, quantity, and price for distributors.
- B/L query: Query sales NO., contract NO., payment NO., department, amount, quantity and so on.
- Collecting query: Query collection NO., date and amount.
- Selling-notification query: Query notification NO., payment date, department, and customer and so on.
- Print selling-notification: Print selling-notification according to date.
- Current account query: Query payment amount, amount-arriving date and other conditions according to payment date.
- Receivable query: Query payment amount of contact companies, receivable remainder according to time.
