| Process description |
- Manufacturers & Suppliers register in JL SaaS V7 and fill out their basic information and contact companies. The contact companies are the companies which have sign contract or agreement with the register user.
- Jinli Software Company audits the registered account.
- Manufacturers & Suppliers sign in JL SaaS V7 to define operator (define operator here refers to setting using time and using period of the operator account), operator menu and apply for connecting with other companies.
- Jinli Software Company audits the defined operator and the contact companies which the register user applied for.
- The operator of Manufacturers & Suppliers signs in and does business through JL SaaS V7.

- Inventory query: Query goods according to warehouse which can be divided into general-warehouse, special-warehouse, sample-warehouse, and defective-warehouse and so on.
- Sales Delivery & Installation query: Query the sales condition of some period according to single goods and its delivery & installation condition.
- Payable & prepayment query: Query prepayment balance, returns balance and price-cutting balance.
- Settlement query: Query settlement according to distributorship or Commission.
- P/O query: Query purchase order and order details.
- Stock-in information query: Query stock-in condition according to manufacturer.
